DELIVERY POLICIES
1. ANONYMOUS DELIVERIES ARE NOT PROVIDED
State and local statutes in many areas we serve do not permit anonymous deliveries. Consequently, our network policy requires all drivers to advise the recipient who sent the order being delivered. Pricing details will not be released.
2. RESIDENTIAL DELIVERIES
Because special procedures are required for residential deliveries, we are unable to provide a surprise delivery service. Our balloons must be accepted by someone at the residence, in person. Balloons cannot be dropped off and left unattended, even if such a request is submitted with the order.
DOORMAN BUILDINGS
DreamARK Events may call the recipient to confirm that the doorman is capable of accepting and storing a large package.
Business Hours
Our shop is open from 10AM to 6PM, Monday through Friday, but it is always the best way to call us before planning to come. Sometimes we work on the event during regular business hours!
DELIVERY TIME FRAMES
Special delivery time frames, which are offered in some cities, are intended for orders going to doorman residences. For non-doorman residences, a standard time frame is 10 am - 5 pm.
Holiday and weekend delivery (ZONE 1) is subject to availability only by phone and has a fee of $55.00.
DECORATION DELIVERY AND SETUP FEES
The cost of delivery and installation of decor depends on the scope of work. Some decor items include special stands, frames, pedestals, and other materials that we have to collect after the event, which will cost extra.
